Can’t find a time slot that suits? No worries! We offer specialised handover and collection, us the Enquire page to get in contact so we can help come up with a personal solution to your needs.

No problem at all! Simply fill in the free quote form as normal — in the address field, just type "No address yet" and we'll make a note of it. We'll still get you booked in and hold your slot. Once you've sorted your accommodation, just drop us an email with your new address and we'll update your booking accordingly.

Yes! Door-to-door collection and delivery is available across all of our service areas. Simply fill in the free quote form with your address and we'll confirm availability and pricing for your location.

If you've opted for our standard Uni-Store storage boxes, these will be shipped directly to your provided address prior to your collection date. Full details including return instructions will be confirmed via email upon booking.
If you have any questions about your boxes, don't hesitate to get in touch via our enquiries page.

Payment is required upfront to secure your booking. Once your quote has been confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link via email powered by Stripe. Your storage slot will be reserved upon receipt of payment.
